DESTINATION MARKETING OPPORTUNITY
Position:
Myriad Marketing is an established tourism marketing company based in Los Angeles representing international tourist offices, such as Australia’s Northern Territory, Macau, Rio de Janeiro, as well as worldwide hotels and resorts. We are looking for a dynamic addition to our team to increase visitation of one of our international tourist board clients. We are looking for a person with sales and marketing experience that is prepared to think outside of the box to find new and innovate ways to develop travel to this exciting destination.
Sales and Marketing Manager(s)
Responsibilities include:
- Management of one of our tourist office clients
- Develop and implement marketing plans
- Develop niche marketing and special interest activities
- Conduct sales calls and training programs with tour companies, travel agents and MICE organizations
- Manage timelines and execution of projects
- Work with a team to develop new ides and concepts for the client
- Handle all administrative aspects of the account.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in the travel industry
- Complete knowledge of all travel distribution channels a must
- Knowledge of the South Pacific market
- Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
- Budget management experience
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Suitable tertiary qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Myriad Travel Marketing provides marketing services for companies
in the travel and tourism industry, including advertising, brochure
design, direct marketing and PR.
You will help manage a portfolio of Myriad’s tourism clients,
including tourist offices, airlines, tour operators and hotels. You'll
have 3-5 years experience in the travel/hospitality business, have
a great knowledge of marketing, and understand design and production
procedures. You'll have exceptional client service skills and a knack
for cultivating new business.
